Training

Our training sessions are programmed with "big picture" concepts in mind, and utilizing small groups we are able to adjust/edit the programming for who is in each session for what they need. We have no more 8 in a session, but will still meet for 1 athlete.

With this approach we can constantly tie back into the larger concepts from any small focuses we need to work on.

And the last session of every month is a "tournament" session, where we take the number of athletes in each training group and create a "tournament" set up to apply our training.​

Costs

Single Session - $50

- A one-time use single session to "drop in" when you are able to join.

- Used for beach athletes that are splitting time with other clubs/training, for indoor athletes that are cross training, or to come check us out with no commitment!

1 Month Package - $180

- A package of 4 sessions, at $45 per session

- For more athletes who are able to attend training with more regularity

Sessions NEVER expire; do NOT need to be used in 1 month

2 Months Package - $320

- A package of 8 sessions, at $40 per session

- For athletes who attend regularly

Sessions NEVER expire; do NOT need to be used in 2 months

3 Month Package - $420

- A package of 12 sessions, at $35 per session

- For committed athletes who attend regularly and long-term

Sessions NEVER expire; do NOT need to be used in 3 months
